lowes kitchen counter granite

Is lowe's competitive with their pricing? I selected a group D granite for 64 a square foot. What are your opinions on just buying from a box store? We used Lowe's (I don't know what sensa means) for our custom cabinet kitchen remodel. I believe the prices were lower than the somewhat nearby fancy... Granite's durability, longevity and good looks make it ideal for kitchen countertops and other heavily used surfaces, including table tops and floors. The counters, which can be extremely heavy, are susceptible to damage from acidic liquids and must be sealed and regularly maintained to resist stains.
